How GoToRev uses personal data on this website, in contact requests, on the demo line, through external forms, and when you connect Google Calendar to the GoToRev platform.

An email or phone call may include your name, contact details and information about your project. We use these to reply and discuss your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information in a first message. The planned legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract; other uses must be assessed separately.
The message bubble and the contact form collect your message, your email address and, if you give it, your name. The audit request also collects your business name and website, your phone number if you give it, and the town the site suggests, which you can change. When you type a town, our server asks the Photon service from Komoot, built on OpenStreetMap, for suggestions: only the name you typed is sent, never your IP address. These details are sent to our automation server to email your request to Anthony Dalin, record it in ClickUp and send you an acknowledgement. The address of the page you write from is attached to identify its origin. We use them to assess and reply to your request. Please avoid sensitive information. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract.
When you call the demo line, your number and what you say are handled by our AI receptionist, which relies on Twilio for the phone line and OpenAI for the conversation. Audio is not recorded. The transcript is kept for 30 days and the call data for 90 days, then deleted. If you object to the transcript during the call, it is not kept. The demo answers in French; it is not a support line.
The Free AI Money Map link opens a Gumroad page. The information you choose to submit there, such as your email address, is collected by Gumroad under its own terms. Email providers, contact storage, access permissions and any transfers outside the EEA still need to be confirmed.
GoToRev Studio is our content publishing tool. When a creator connects a TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube account, the platform sends us, with the creator’s permission, access tokens and basic profile information: account ID, username, display name and profile picture.
We use them only to show which account will receive a post, to read the posting options the platform allows, to publish the videos and captions the creator approves, and to show the status and link of each post. Nothing is posted without the creator’s approval. We do not read followers or other accounts’ content, and we never sell or share this data.
Tokens are kept on our own automation server, with access restricted to Anthony Dalin. A creator can disconnect at any time from the platform’s settings (on TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions) or by writing to anthony@gotorev.com. We then delete the tokens and profile information within 30 days. Published posts stay on the creator’s account under the platform’s terms. The legal basis is the performance of the service the creator asked for.
When you comment on one of Anthony Dalin’s Instagram posts, or send him a direct message, with a keyword shown in a video, Instagram sends GoToRev Studio that comment or message, your Instagram account ID and username, and whether you follow the account. We use them only to reply under your comment, send you the resource you asked for and one follow-up message, and see whether the resource links were opened.
This data is never used for advertising, never sold or shared, and is deleted 12 months after your last message. The legal basis is taking steps at your request: you asked for the resource.
To delete it, send DELETE in a direct message to @anthony.dalin on Instagram, or email anthony@gotorev.com with your Instagram username. We delete your messages, account ID and link clicks within 30 days and confirm it to you. Messages kept in Instagram’s own inbox follow Instagram’s terms.
The GoToRev platform (app.gotorev.com) is our clients’ workspace. In the Agenda tab, a client can connect their Google Calendar so that their booking page only offers times when they are free. With the client’s permission, Google gives us read-only access to their availability (the “calendar.freebusy” permission) and the email address of their Google account (the “openid” and “email” permissions), shown in the settings so they know which calendar is connected.
We only read the busy periods (start and end) of their primary calendar, when a visitor looks at the available times. We never see the title, guests, location or description of their events, and we never create or change anything in Google Calendar. Busy periods are not stored: they stay in memory for one minute at most. We keep only an encrypted authorization token to read availability again, and the email address of the connected Google account, deleted on disconnection.
This data is used only to work out which times to offer. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never passed to third parties and never used to train AI models. No one at GoToRev looks at it. GoToRev’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
A client can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in the Agenda tab settings: access is revoked at Google and the token is deleted straight away. They can also remove access from their Google Account. The legal basis is performing the service the client asked for.
This website sets no cookies and includes no advertising pixel or audience measurement script. The Cal.com calendar loads as you approach the booking section of the Contact page. Cal.com then processes the information needed to display availability and handle your booking, and may use its own cookies. Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc., identified in the legal notice. The host may process technical connection logs and derive an approximate town from your IP address, which the homepage suggests for the audit request. Their retention and the relevant safeguards still need to be confirmed.
Retention periods for enquiries, bookings and technical logs still need to be set. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact anthony@gotorev.com. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL.
