Prepare
Keep your ideas, write the script and gather your footage in one place, video by video.
Edit and package
Title, description, thumbnail: every format (Long, Short, Live, Podcast, Text) has its own card.
Publish to your accounts
You pick the exact channel or account. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Follow the results
Views and watch time of your own videos, in the days and weeks after they go live.
Who it is for
Creators
You publish on several channels and networks by yourself. The Studio keeps your videos, accounts and calendar together.
Agencies
You produce for several clients. Each client gets a separate workspace, with its own accounts, members and settings.
Your accounts and your data
The Studio only acts on the accounts you connect yourself, through each platform’s official sign-in. You can disconnect them at any time.
Google user data and YouTube
- YouTube: publish the videos you approved to the channel you chose, show that channel’s name and follow the upload while YouTube processes it.
- YouTube Analytics: show the views and watch time of your own videos.
- Google Drive: open only the files you pick, and save the files the Studio creates for you.
- Google account: your name and email address, if you sign in with Google.
This data is only used for the features you use in the Studio. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train artificial intelligence models.
If you disconnect an account in the Studio settings, access is revoked at once and the data obtained from that service is deleted within 7 days. You can also remove access from your Google Account settings; the data is then deleted within 30 days.
GoToRev Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By using the Studio’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and LinkedIn follow the same rules: posts go to your accounts after you approve them, results cover your own posts, and you can disconnect at any time. Details for each platform are in the Privacy Policy.
Invitation-only during the beta
GoToRev opens a workspace for each creator and agency in the beta. If you received an invitation, sign in with the address it was sent to.
